PROGRAM ADS

Every guest at the Fashion Show receives an elegant keepsake program. By placing an ad, you’re not only supporting Bellarmine’s Direct Tuition Assistance Fund and the Tuition Assistance Endowment —you’re also gaining meaningful exposure to a broad and influential audience across Silicon Valley. The deadline for ad purchase is October 9, 2026.

• Full Page: 7.25" x 9.25"
• 1/2 Page: 7.25" x 4.75"
• 1/4 Page: 3.5" x 4.75"
• 1/8 Page (Business Card): 3.5" x 2"

*Please note: "BCP/Bellarmine Ads" include Bellarmine teams, groups, clubs, senior shout-outs, and middle school ads. These Ads may be eligible for a matching donation depending on your employer. All other Ad purchases are considered Business Ads. 

After an ad is purchased, please submit Program Advertising Agreement along with ad information to fashionshow@bcp.org by October 9, 2026.

Please note: Bellarmine reserves the right to make final decisions on ad placement in the program. All materials submitted are subject to the approval of Bellarmine. Advertising fees are nonrefundable. Bellarmine shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions. The Advertiser agrees to hold Bellarmine, its agents and contractors harmless for any loss or expense resulting from any claims or suits based upon the advertisement. This contract comprises our agreement in its entirety. No verbal agreements will be recognized.
